chinese sesame chicken in crockpot

1/2 cup flour
2 tbsp cornstartch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg well beaten
1/4 c milk
6 boneless skinless chicken thighs cut in 1 inch chunks
2 tbsp cider vinegar
1/4 c ketchup
1/4 c brown sugar
2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp ginger root grated
2 tbsp sesame oil
sesame seeds

sift dry ingredients together and place in siptop bag whisk eggand milk together dip chicken chunks 5-6 at a time into egg mixture then shake in flour mixture place chiken pieces in slow cooker combine remaining ingredients except sesame seeds pour over chicken cook on high 3 to 4 hours or low 6 to 7 hours serve over hot cooked rice and sprinkle with sesame seeds
